We offer recruitment and headhunting cells in an outsourcing mode to support the client in their process of selecting and hiring IT experts, applying all the appropriate processes to find the right profile to meet their needs.

In this model, the client will have access, through the cell, to our search tools, job posting platforms, and assessment resources, and most importantly, they will have access to expert personnel specialized in IT resource selection.

For the Selection and Headhunting process, the client will have a dedicated work cell, which, depending on the chosen model, will have the following personnel:

Psychologist

Is responsible for leading the personnel recruitment management, guiding the development of the requirements that candidates must meet, conducting interviews and other psychological tests aimed at verifying that their skills and abilities meet or exceed the expectations of the vacancies to be filled, and performing soft skills analyses. All of the above is done with the purpose of providing companies with the most suitable personnel for the development of their projects and tactical tasks.

They investigate the motivations and needs of the companies to advise their team on the strategy to follow in order to fulfill the promises made to the client.

They suggest and implement ways to identify and attract candidates to the recruitment process who possess the necessary skills and abilities to meet the required profiles.

They monitor the selection process to ensure fairness and effectiveness.

They support studies and opinion evaluations regarding the development of the recruitment process and the service provided to clients, in order to take necessary measures to ensure the quality and efficiency of the process.

Analyst

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for managing the entire Personnel Recruitment process. This includes identifying client needs, supporting the development of required profiles, reviewing incoming resumes, verifying interview and evaluation results, and conducting follow-up with candidates and the service provided to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Their main tasks include:

Guiding and supporting the creation of profiles in accordance with the needs of client companies, considering the characteristics, knowledge, and skills requested by clients and identified during knowledge meetings.

Tracking candidates and the outcome of each sub-process to keep the status of requirements up-to-date and contribute to the successful closure of each position.

Calculating indicators related to the recruitment process to manage the application of established measures for controlling operations and improving service.

Conducting a comprehensive follow-up on the recruitment process with clients to identify opportunities for improvement.

Informing clients about the results and selected candidates during the recruitment processes.

Contacting candidates and explaining the hiring conditions, considering client requirements and reaching mutually beneficial agreements for both the candidate and the company.

TECHNICIAN

Execute the defined activities to attract individuals to the Personnel Recruitment process and support its administrative management.

Properly utilize the established means and tools for searching and attracting candidates for the requirements. Manage search platforms, job posting sites, and technical evaluation tools. Create and publish job postings on specialized platforms and through defined media channels.

Conduct a search and filter for the most suitable candidates who meet the client’s requirements.

Coordinate the timely availability of resources, tools, and materials necessary for conducting tests and interviews required in the selection process.

Conduct technical tests and screen candidates based on their results.

Prepare and send communications directed towards candidates during the personnel recruitment process to keep them informed about the status of the process and its outcomes.
